ORDERING
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package anytime on our Track Order page by entering your order number and email address to see real-time updates.
Can I change my order?
You can make changes to your order before you complete the checkout process. Simply go to your shopping cart, and you can add or remove items. If you've already completed your purchase, please reach out to us at neosink02@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we'll make every effort to adjust your order before it's shipped.
What should I do if I want to cancel my order, but it has already been processed?
We regret to inform you that once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the order, we recommend marking the package as 'Return to Sender' and refusing the delivery when it arrives. Prior to returning, please get in touch with our customer service. If the order has not yet been shipped, our customer service can assist you in canceling it. Please contact us via neosink02@gmail.com
If the address provided in my order is incorrect, what should I do?
Please get in touch with our customer service at neosink02@gmail.com . We can update your address within 12 hours before the product ships. If the products are already in shipping, we can send you a new product to the correct address and arrange for the return of the old order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get an Invoice/receipt for my order?
Yes. If you need an invoice for your order, please contact our support team at neosink02@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Has my payment been successfully processed?
Once your order is successfully processed and your payment is authorized, the charge is completed immediately. You will then receive a confirmation email or SMS (depending on the contact details you provided) confirming that your payment and order were successfully processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For most countries and regions, orders are typically delivered within approximately 15 business days after shipment from our warehouses.
We appreciate your patience and are committed to making every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs or local courier services.
What is the shipping cost for my order?
We are pleased to offer free shipping and handling on all Neo Sink products. There are no additional shipping charges what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll carefully prepare and ship your order within 1–2 business days. As soon as it’s on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If I need to change my address, but my order has already been shipped, what can I do?
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to change the delivery address. However, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible atneosink02@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to update your shipping details or find an alternative solution.
If the tracking information indicates that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything, what should I do?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your carrier or neighbors first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at neosink02@gmail.com, and we’ll help investigate the issue
REFUND & RETURN
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once canceled, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, meaning you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order
Under what conditions are returns not acceptable?
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has been installed, used, or assembled.
- The product is missing its original packaging or accessories.
