• Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for free replacement or refund.
• Customer Pays Return Shipping (except defective items).

2. Print return label (we'll email it).
3. Ship back within 7 days.

Refunds processed to original payment method in 5-7 business days. Items must be in original packaging.
